Booking Terms Marbella Boat Charter
In order to confirm a reservation we will require a 50% deposit with the remaining 50% payable 7 days before the charter.
Cancellation terms:
Due to weather conditions: Complete refund.
Due to technical problems with the yacht: We will look for an alternative of equal status or better or alternatively provide a full refund.
Due to client reasons:
- Up to 45 days prior to charter: Complete refund
- 45 to 30 days prior to charter: 20% of the price of the charter will be chargeable.
- 30 to 15 days prior to charter: 50% of the price of the charter will be chargeable.
- Less than 15 days prior to charter: 100% of the price of the charter will be chargeable.
